The behavioral attributes of my current organization are collaborative and teamwork is one of the biggest strengths. The intersectional attributes of my organization are excellent communication skills, which ensure that information is shared across all departments effectively.
Systems Thinking Diagram:
To create a systems thinking diagram, I have used the MSWord application. The stock in my organization is the patient flow, which includes new patients, returning patients and the number of patients discharged. The inflows in our organization include the number of patients entering our organization, while outflows include the number of patients leaving the organization. The feedback loops in our organization include both balancing and reinforcing loops.
My detailed systems thinking diagram shows the patient flow in my organization, which is divided into two primary sectors, namely Inpatient and Outpatient. Under Inpatient, we have various departments such as Surgery, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dermatology and Gastroenterology. Under Outpatient, we have Primary care, Urgent care, Physiotherapy, Dentistry and others. We have a feedback loop where patients who are satisfied with our services refer more patients, while patients who are dissatisfied refer fewer patients.
