This allows for flexibility in the selection and timing of measurement to help convert data into knowledge to drive process improvement.In Unit III, you identified potential implementation strategies for three strategic goals established by your organization. In this assignment, you must now do the following for each of the three strategic goals:

  • First, choose five of your potential strategies for each goal.
  • Second, identify a potential tool for measurement and/or analysis for each strategy.
  • Third, identify specifically what that tool will measure or analyze.

Example: Develop and implement tools for quality monitoring: Create a checklist for providers to follow when sepsis is suspected in a patient to standardize delivery of care.
