Research Design Summary:
The selected research article is titled “The Effects of Exercise on Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease: A Literature Review” by L.^1. The research design was a literature review that aimed to identify the benefits of exercise on patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).

Theory and Nursing Metaparadigm:
The nursing theory used to guide this study is based on the Roy Adaptation Model.
