The TTM consists of various constructs and guiding propositions that help us understand the process of behavior change. Thirdly, self-efficacy plays a crucial role in smoking cessation. Moreover, the processes of change construct assists us in identifying the most effective strategies for promoting quitting behaviors among college students.
